HAZEL`s Family and Friends are invited to attend her Funeral Service to be held in St. Paul`s Anglican Church, cnr. Church and Maitland Streets, Stockton Thursday 9/6/2011 commencing at 10am. A private cremation will follow this Service. By request, a donation in lieu of flowers to Bowel Cancer Australia may be made at the service.

HAZEL`s Family would like to thank all of the staff from Ward 5B at the Calvary Mater Hospital for their care and support. It is very much appreciated.
