Passed away peacefully surrounded by his lovingfamily 10th May 2011
Aged 61 Years

Dearly loved husband of CHERYL, much loved father and father-in-law of CHANTEL and PETER, NICOLE, MICHELLE and SHANE and loving grandfather of JAYDEN, CHEYANNE, CHLOE, PHOENIX, BREEANNA and ABBY. Loved brother of JULIE, DENNIS (dec`d) and STEPHEN (dec`d). GEOFFREY will be sadly missed by all his FAMILY and FRIENDS.

The Family and Friends of GEOFFREY are warmly invited to attend a Celebration of his Life to be held in The Chapel, of Lake Macquarie Memorial Park, Cessnock Rd., Ryhope on Wednesday 18/5/2011 Service commencing at 11am. In lieu of flowers donations to Palliative Care Unit may be made at the Service.
