The relatives and friends of DR JEREMY are invited to attend his funeral to be held in the Uniting Church, cnr. of Oxford and Newcombe Streets, Paddington, Wednesday (May 11, 2011), commencing at 1 p.m.
In lieu of flowers, donations to the Cancer Council of Australia in memory of Dr Jeremy will be appreciated.
