Dearly loved husband of PAT, much loved father and father-in-law of SUE and JOHN, MICHAEL and MICHELE, deeply loved Papa to MATTHEW, ADAM, MONIQUE, MEGAN and MELISSA and great Papa to JACK and ELLA.
Relatives and Friends were invited to attend a Celebration of life for JACK held in St Michael`s Catholic Church, Sproule St, Nelson Bay on Friday 6th May 2011 .
A private cremation followed.
