Family and friends of RICHARD are invited to attend his funeral to be held in its entirety in the chapel of Walter Carter Funerals, 302 Oxford Street, Bondi Junction (opp. Denison St), Friday (May 6, 2011) at 11 a.m.
Private cremation to follow.
In lieu of flowers, a donation to St Vincents Hospital would be preferred.
