Aged 85 years.
Passed away peacefully at Cabrini Nursing Home at Westmead. Late of Wentworthville. Beloved sister of Ken and Joan, Ruth and Jim (deceased). Much loved aunt of Lyn, Kaye, Philip, Jan, Robert and their families.

Relatives and friends of HAZEL are warmly invited to attend her Thanksgiving Service, to be held at the Northmead Uniting Church, 3-7 Hammers Road, Northmead, on Tuesday (May 3, 2011) at 12 p.m.
