Much loved by his friends and family.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend David`s funeral service to be held in the South Chapel of the Eastern Suburbs Memorial Park, Military Road Matraville on Wednesday (May 4,2011) commencing at 2.15 p.m.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Beyond Blue.
