Rod died suddenly on Sunday, April 24, 2011.
All those who knew him are invited to his funeral at St Matthews Anglican Church, The Corso, Manly, on Tuesday (May 3), at 1.30pm. Afternoon tea will be served in the church function centre. Parking is available at Coles.
Rod was an engineer with SMA, SMEC, RTA and earlier served as a signalman in the Royal Australian Navy during WWII.
