Family and friends are invited to attend the Service to be held in the North Chapel, Newcastle Memorial Park, Anderson Drive, Beresfield on Friday 29th April, 2011 at 1pm. In lieu of flowers, donations to John Hunter Hospital Intensive Care Unit / Retrieval Team may be left at the Chapel.
