Beloved husband of GLORIA. Treasured son of ALEX Snr. (dec`d) and RUTH. Best father and father-in-law in the world to DEB and ANDY, LOUISE and DAVID, GREG and MICHELLE. Cherished pop and great pop to SASHA and PAUL, RYAN and SARAH, NIKKY, TEIGAN, ELLEN, MITCHELL, BRITNEY, SETH and NOAH. Dear brother, brother-in-law and uncle to GARRY, NARELLE and FAMILY. A loved member of the HEANEY and HINES FAMILIES.

Relatives and Friends of ALEC are warmly invited to attend his Funeral Service in the North Chapel of the Newcastle Crematorium, Beresfield on THURSDAY January 27th, 2011 commencing at 2:15pm.

In lieu of flowers, donations to the Cancer Council may be left at the Service.
