Loved father and father-in-law of JOHN (dec`d) and JOAN, PETER and NARELLE, HELEN and JOHN WARD. Much loved grandfather and great grandfather to their FAMILIES.

Relatives and Friends of JACK are warmly invited to attend his Funeral Service to be held in St. Joseph`s Catholic Church, Cumberland Street, Cessnock this TUESDAY, June 15th, 2010 commencing at 1.30 p.m. A private cremation will follow.

In lieu of flowers, donations to Melanoma Research may be left at St. Joseph`s.
