Passed away suddenly at hospital on October 21st ,2009 of Horsley. Dearly beloved son and stepson of Ron and Vera (both deceased), Don and Hazel. Dear brother and brother in law of Rhonda, Rod and Tammie.

Aged 56 Years
We really cant find the words to say just how sad we feel today.

The relatives and friends of Wayne are warmly invited to attend his funeral service to be held at The Northcliffe Chapel at 634 Northcliffe Drive Kemble Grange on Thursday October 29, 2009 commencing at 2pm.

The family request in lieu of flowers donations are invited to The Heart Foundation. A bowl for this purpose will be provided at the Chapel door.
