A Celebration of JACOB`S Life will be held in All Saints Anglican Church, Church St., Belmont this WEDNESDAY 15/4/09 commencing at 1.30pm, followed by a cremation at Lake Macquarie Memorial Park Crematorium Cessnock Rd., Ryhope.
Everyone who knew JACOB is invited to attend
