Passed away 13/1/2009 at Liverpool Hospital .
Loving husband of Elwyn (deceased), father of Colleen, Nita & Dale. Father in law of Colin, Grandfather of Micah & Di, Ilsa, Morgan & Melissa, Thomas, Lewis; Great Grandfather of Summer and little Sid.
The relatives and friends of Sid are invited to attend the funeral service to be held at the North Chapel, Forest Lawn Memorial Park, Leppington, commencing 12 noon on Thursday 22nd January 2009
