Noel was boren 10th February, 1928 to Everard Gordon (Peter) Wilcox and Vera Melva (Daisy)Docas in Manildra, NSW
Died 2nd August 2007 at Blacktown hospital, formerly of Windsor, NSW.
Beloved husband of Mavis Jean Keen (deceased) and loving father of Kathryn, Carmel and Peter. Dear father in law of Bernard, David and Joanne. Greatly loved Poppy of Nicole, Beth, Matthew, Rebecca, Victoria, Lisa and Mitchell, and great grandfather of Lauren, Joshua, Rhys, Ellie and Lachlan.
Interred with Mavis at Castlebrook cemetery, Rouse Hill.
