Family and Friends are invited to attend a Celebration of WAYNE`s life to be held in the Chapel of Lake Macquarie Memorial Park Crematorium, Cessnock Rd, Ryhope on MONDAY (3/12/2007) commencing at 4pm.
By request no flowers, donations in lieu to the Australian Heart-Lung Transplant Association, St Vincent`s Hospital may be made in Wayne`s name.
