At home with his dearly loved Family
A Private Service was held at Lake Macquarie Memorial Park Crematorium, Ryhope on Wednesday 20th December 2006.
The Family have derived great comfort from the fact that JOHN`s contact with all his Friends, many of whom were his patients, enriched his life completely. He had no regrets and would never have changed any part of his life at all.
