Passed away peacefully in Gosford Hospital.
Loving husband of PAULINE. Devoted father of LES and ROS, NEIL and LEONIE, PAUL and ANN, CHRIS and TOBY (CROOK), PAT and LYN, grandchildren and partners.

Aged 77 Years
Will be sadly missed by his Family and many Friends. Forever at peace.

Family and Friends of JACK are invited to attend a celebration of his life (with full Requiem Mass) at Our Lady of the Rosary Church, Wyoming on THURSDAY 9th November 2006, commencing at 11am. As requested by JACK, in lieu of flowers, donations to The Cancer Council can be left in the box provided at the church. Please feel free to wear bright clothing. A private interment will follow the service.
