Adored son and stepson of JULIE and MAX, loved son of JASON. Loving brother of STEPHANIE treasured grandson of MARY McDIARMID and SANDRA HAWKINS. Much admired nephew of ANDREW (Woo Woo) and the McDIARMID, HAWKINS and COOK FAMILIES.

Family and Friends are invited to attend a Celebration of SAM`s Life tomorrow FRIDAY 22nd September 2006 commencing at 12.15pm at Lake Macquarie Memorial Park, Cessnock Rd, Ryhope.

There is a young man that we will now never meet, or even just pass when we`re walking down the street, what happened to Sam is just so wrong, wrong time, wrong place and now he is gone. Gone from his family and gone from his friends, a pain that we could never, never understand. Sam was fun and was a great mate, when it came to soccer, Sam was just great. Sam was cheeky and funny and bright, I bet he did shine under every spotlight. 15 short years is all he got, I know everyone who knew Sam will miss him alot.
Rest in Peace Sam.
