Passed away Peacefully on August 22, 2006, at Epworth
Hospital. Loving husband of Nancy (deceased). Much loved
father of Ronda, Merran and Thomas David, father-in-law
of Roger Walker, Max Hipkins and Elizabeth Smith. Proud
grandfather of Andrew and Lisa, Stuart Walker, Michael and
Daniel Smith, James and Sarah Hipkins. Great-grandfather of
Rachael and Hailey Walker.
A Memorial Service will be held at St. John`s Anglican Church,
Toorak (Victoria), on Wednesday (August 30, 2006)
at 2 p.m.
