Dearly loved father and father-in-law of Angela and Rod; and Marina, loved grandad of Sam, Clint, Brodie, Josh and Maddison.
Aged 80 years.
The relatives and friends of JACK are invited to attend the Celebration of his Life commencing 12 midday Monday (June 19, 2006), at Lake Macquarie Memorial Park, Ryhope via Toronto.
