Service, to be held in the Chapel of Lake Macquarie Memorial Park Crematorium, Cessnock Road, Ryhope, this WEDNESDAY (14/6/06) morning commencing at 11 o`clock.
No flowers by request of the family. A donation in lieu to the Hunter Medical Research Institute (HMRI) may be made at the Service.
