Passed away peacefully at home after a long illness on Saturday, May 6, 2006.
Aged 47 years.
Loving husband of Magda.
Loving father of Danielle, Ashley and Rebecca. Son of Ken.
Brother of Judy. Sadly missed by all extended family and friends.
PHILLIP`S funeral service will be held in the Chapel at Manning Great Lakes Memorial Gardens Crematorium, Pampoolah Road, Taree, commencing at 10 a.m.,
on Monday (May 15).
